Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TS Police Hub ("the service"), an online exam-preparation platform operated by Anvil Edtech Private Limited and available at tspolicehub.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Eligibility and your account
- You must be 18 years or older, or use the service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
- Signing in requires a Google-verified email address. One account is meant for one person; please do not create multiple accounts or share a single account.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect any unauthorised use.
- The information you give us must be accurate and current.
Acceptable use
When using the service, you agree that you will not:
- Cheat, manipulate scores or rankings, or use bots, scripts or automated means to access the service.
- Scrape, copy, harvest or download our content in bulk, or attempt to reverse-engineer the platform.
- Share, resell, republish or redistribute paid content, or give others access to content that is meant only for your account.
- Upload anything unlawful, harmful, or infringing, or interfere with the security or normal working of the service.
- Use the service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.
Content and intellectual property
All content on the service — including study notes, lessons, mock tests, questions, answer keys, solutions, analytics, designs, logos and software — is owned by Anvil Edtech Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the content for your own, non-commercial exam preparation. Any other use — including copying, distributing, publishing, selling or creating derivative works — is not allowed without our prior written permission.
Payments and refunds
Some features are available only under a paid plan. Prices and what each plan includes are shown before you pay. Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay; we do not store your full payment details.
Because our plans give immediate access to digital content, payments are generally non-refundable once the plan is activated, except where a refund is required by applicable law. If you were charged in error or believe there is a genuine problem with your payment, contact us at tspolicehub@gmail.com and we will review your request fairly.
We may change our prices or plan features from time to time; any change applies only to future purchases and not to a plan you have already bought for its current term.

The service is a preparation aid only. It does not guarantee selection, a particular score, or any exam result.
TS Police Hub is an independent product of Anvil Edtech Private Limited. It is NOT affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by the Telangana State Level Police Recruitment Board (TSLPRB), the Telangana Police, or any government body.
We work hard to keep our material accurate and up to date, but exam patterns, syllabus, marks, dates and eligibility can change. You must always confirm such details against the official TSLPRB notification for your recruitment year. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anvil Edtech Private Limited and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, opportunity, or exam outcome, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, or where we are required to do so by law. On termination, your right to use the service ends, though the sections that by their nature should survive (such as content ownership, disclaimers and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the service. Your continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the service or these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Telangana, India.
