Shipping & Delivery Policy

Digital delivery only
TS Police Hub, operated by Anvil Edtech Private Limited, is a fully online service. We do not sell or ship any physical products. There are no shipping charges, and no courier or postal delivery is involved.
How and when you receive access
- As soon as your payment is confirmed by our payment partner Razorpay, your paid plan is activated on your account automatically.
- You get your access online by signing in at tspolicehub.com with the same account you used to buy the plan — on any device.
- Access normally becomes available immediately, within a few minutes of a successful payment.
If access does not appear
If your payment succeeded but your paid access has not appeared within about 30 minutes, please email us at tspolicehub@gmail.com with your Razorpay Payment / Order ID. We will activate it or resolve the issue promptly. Any payment where access is not delivered is handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Where the service is available
The service is delivered over the internet and can be used from anywhere with a supported device and connection. It is intended for candidates preparing for the Telangana Police Sub-Inspector (SI) and Constable examinations.
